Terms Condition

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using our services (the “Service”) operated by PDD Super Supply Chain (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Our Services

We provide a comprehensive sourcing and purchasing agent service to facilitate the buying of goods from China for both individuals and businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting individuals in purchasing items from Chinese e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, Xiaohongshu, and Pinduoduo.
• Sourcing high-quality replica luxury items (e.g., bags, shoes, clothes) upon client request.
• Assisting small businesses with product sourcing, custom packaging, and connecting with Chinese suppliers.
• Providing quality control (QC) inspections, including photos and videos of the products before shipment.
• Managing worldwide logistics and shipping, with a focus on optimizing customs and duties for the client.

2. The Ordering Process

1. Inquiry & Quotation: You submit your request by providing product links, screenshots, or detailed descriptions. We will then provide you with a quote which includes the product cost, our service fee, and estimated domestic (within China) shipping fees. International shipping costs will be calculated later.
2. Payment: To confirm your order, you must pay the amount quoted. Once payment is received, we will proceed with purchasing the items from the seller/supplier.
3. Warehousing & Inspection: Items will be shipped from the seller to our warehouse in China. Upon arrival, we will conduct a quality control inspection and provide you with photos and/or videos for your approval.
4. Final Approval & International Shipping: Once you approve the items, we will pack your parcel and provide you with a quote for international shipping options. You are required to pay the international shipping fee and any other outstanding charges.
5. Dispatch: After receiving the final payment, we will ship your parcel via the logistics channel you have selected.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in USD.
• The initial quote does not include international shipping costs, which are calculated based on the final weight and dimensions of the packed parcel.
• Our service fee will be clearly outlined in your quote.
• You are responsible for all costs associated with your order, including product price, domestic shipping, our service fee, international shipping, and any applicable customs duties or taxes in your country.
• Payment must be made through our accepted payment methods. We will not proceed with any step of the process until the required payment for that step is made in full.

4. Quality Control (QC) and Returns

• We will perform a visual inspection of your items based on the product information you provided. This includes checking for correct color, size, and obvious defects. We are not liable for internal defects or issues not visible through a standard visual check.
• If a product is found to be defective or incorrect upon our inspection, we will notify you immediately and liaise with the seller for a return or exchange, subject to the seller’s return policy.
• Once you have approved the QC photos/videos and the item has been shipped internationally, we can no longer accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final at this point.

5. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

• We utilize trusted logistics channels to handle shipping. While we aim to provide you with the best options to save on customs and duties, we are not a customs agency.
• You are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items you are purchasing can be legally imported into your country.
• You are solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be incurred upon the parcel’s arrival in your country.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or for any packages seized or destroyed by customs authorities due to prohibited content or your failure to pay duties.
• Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipping once the parcel is handed over to the logistics provider.

6. Special Clause Regarding Replica Items

• You acknowledge that you are requesting us to source replica items on your behalf.
• You understand that the import, purchase, and/or possession of counterfeit or replica goods is illegal in many countries.
• You assume all risk and liability associated with the importation of such goods. This includes, but is not limited to, customs seizure, destruction of goods, and any potential legal action or fines from authorities or trademark holders.
• You agree to indemnify and hold PDD Super Supply Chain harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the purchase and importation of replica items on your behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall PDD Super Supply Chain be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party (including sellers and shipping carriers) on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• The seizure, loss, or damage of your goods by a third party, including shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from the use of our Service is limited to the amount of the service fees you paid to us for the transaction in question.

8. User Obligations

You agree not to use our service to purchase any items that are illegal or prohibited by law in both China and your destination country. This includes but is not limited to narcotics, weapons, flammable materials, and any other items on restricted lists.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
